Pet Hotel Hours & Fees

It’s nice to get away, but leaving your pet can be a stressful time let us take your worries away by providing a safe fun vacation for your pet! We offer your pet a calm, relaxing night in a comfortable environment that they'll know and love! We have a number of options to let your baby feel right at home, from large suites that mimic bedrooms and living rooms to comfortable enclosures we have everything your pet needs to feel right at home. With 24-hour monitoring, snuggles and cuddles, we make sure your pet is top priority and as comfortable as possible!

Drop off/Pick up for Pet Hotel 

Monday-Friday 7am-7pm

Saturday 9am-6pm

By appointment only must have completed an assessment prior to book

Serenity Social Pup Program: $45 Per night

For the pups that do well in group play

Serenity Pup Support Program: $50 per night

For the pups that need one on one play with staff only

Med Distribution: $10 per day

House-food: $15 per meal (Purina Pro Plan chicken)

We offer a 10% off discount when boarding multiple pets, or a 10% off discount for clients that groom with Serenity Stylists on a consistent 4–6-week schedule.  The multi-pet discount only applies to same household pets. Discounts cannot be combined.
